Couture for a Cure 2011
Women for MACC’s annual Couture for a Cure benefit takes place at the Hyatt Regency Wednesday October 12th 2011 from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm Fashion, food, and fund-raising for a great cause are always on the menu. Thanks to our partnership with Boston Store, Couture for a Cure is always a hit!
Women for MACC is celebrating its 29th year and more than $3.9 million of hope through research for children with cancer. All proceeds from Women for MACC fund-raising events benefit the MACC Fund and the fight against childhood cancer. The primary beneficiary of MACC Fund support is the Midwest Children’s Cancer Center, a collaborative effort of the Medical College of Wisconsin and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. The MACC Fund also supports research at the University of Wisconsin Paul P. Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center. MACC Fund-sponsored translational research is conducted through the MACC Fund Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
