Cute Kids Calendar Contest

to benefit the MACC Fund & childhood cancer research…

Eligibility
The Cute Kids Portrait Contest is sponsored by Women for MACC and Mortensen Portrait Design. It is open to children ages 10 and
under and all ages in our siblings category.

Portrait Session Fee
The session fee is $29.95 – $10 of this fee is donated to the Women for MACC to support the MACC Fund for childhood cancer research in Wisconsin. One session covers one child or one group of children. If you would like, for example, two children photographed together
and separately, that would be three sessions. Each session is then one entry into the contest. Session fees are prepaid at the time of booking to hold your date & time. We accept Visa, MC & Discover.

Portrait Session Dates
February 1 through April 30, 2012. We photograph M-F, 9:30 am – 3 pm. Times fill quickly – call today!

Details
Your child will be photographed in multiple poses of one outfit. A contest print (chosen by Mortensen) will be displayed in the Cute Kids Exhibit at various locations and online for voting. The general public (& friends & family) can cast votes for $1 per vote. All proceeds are donated to Women for MACC.

Prizes
The people’s choice winners receive prizes donated by local merchants. In addition, all entrants will be judged by a panel of artists to be in the 2012 Cute Kids Calendar. General voting does not decide who will be chosen for the calendar.

When you book your session, we will send you a handy “Portrait Planning Booklet”. In it you will find information about how to prepare for your session, clothing tips, pricing information and FAQ’s.

10% of all portrait proceeds plus $10 from each session is donated to The Women for MACC, Inc.

All proceeds from Women for MACC, Inc. fund raising events go to the MACC Fund. The primary beneficiary of MACC Fund support is the Midwest Children’s Cancer Center, with research conducted in the MACC Fund Research Center of the Medical College of Wisconsin.
